Replication versus Duplication
Replication Process - a glass master is made and a metal pressing plate is
created from the glass master, discs are then pressed against this metal plate
to create the finished discs, and are then printed by offset litho or screen print,
replication is regarded as the best and most cost effect way to produce larger
quantities.
Duplication process - Using Blank media which is burned with the content
required Ideal for smaller runs or when a quick turnaround is required.

grade “A “Blank media for perfect copies every time

Diamond discs are the Rolls Royce of Blank Media and as close as a
Duplicated CD can come to looking like a pressed CD. Digiclone are the
